About Me

After a successful 11-year stint in the corporate sector, I discovered my true passion lies in supporting and nurturing people across all age groups in their personal growth journey. I draw from my in depth experience across organizations, ranging from NGOs to international schools and private practice.

My approach to counseling is client-centred, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am committed to empowering my clients to build resilience and inner strength, advocating for their well-being and unlocking their true potential. With a focus on trauma-informed care, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, self-harm, internet addiction, and low self-esteem. I endeavour to collaborate with parents to provide support and guidance on effective parenting strategies. The opportunity to work with children and adolescents is truly energizing for me, motivating me to come to work every day.

In my work with adults, I bring a unique perspective from my corporate background, understanding the pressures of high-performance environments and the quest for work-life balance in today's fast-paced world. Having lived and worked in India, Singapore, and Hong Kong as an expatriate, I am attuned to the challenges of cross-cultural adjustments and cater to clients from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds. I consult in English and Hindi.
