Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions with the counselor and addresses a variety of issues. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and elements of mindfulness in my work with clients. I work with adults on topics like:

- Grief

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and can be conducted in-person or online. A sliding scale fee is available for individuals experiencing financial difficulties.
